Update: extra nice to see this business doesn’t care about bad customer experiences. I wish I’d read the reviews here more carefully before purchasing. It’s a little weird to get a response from a manager who wasn’t there and makes up a story about what happened. “Sent out on multiple test rides”? I’ve never been made to feel like I was such a jerk for asking to try different seat heights before. It was a shame I had to bother them but it wasn’t a quick release, so I had to interrupt their socializing time with a request to adjust the seat. The bike was even sold damaged at a new price with just a shrug and “must have happened at shipping.” If I could drop one to zero stars after this response, I would. Truly terrible customer service. Came in to buy a bike, unable to offer any fitting and the staff member who was assigned to work with me -- and I say assigned because they acted like it was a huge inconvenience to speak with me instead of hanging out in the back chatting -- didn't know anything. Google would have been more helpful. Foolishly, I bought the bike because I'd had trouble finding anything meeting my requirements with pandemic supply chain issues. It doesn't fit quite right, they don't accept returns. I should have walked out of the store when they made it clear that spending over $1000 isn't worth actually engaging with a customer. Don't make the same mistake I did.

This is a great local shop that’s been around for decades. They moved from their original location on Georgia Ave while I was living elsewhere, and they fell off my radar for a while. But yesterday I needed some parts for a brake repair, and they were ready to assist. Competitive prices and nice looking bikes on the floor. And their location is just a few blocks from SS metro. I’ll definitely be back!

They fixed my tires on my electric bike and the brakes as well. A very friendly bunch of people. The service is perfect. The store is clean and you can donate your bikes there. The staff is knowledgeable. The store has an array of biking material and even energy snacks. They are honest about timetables and always have fair prices. I'd have to say it's the best ran biking establishment I have ever come across and most likely will only deal with them in the future. I implore any serious or casual biker to utilize their services so you can be as happy as I am right now.
