Absolutely ridiculous. After calling all the numbers and extensions I could find (only two numbers had options to leave a voicemail), and filling out the form online AND emailing them, they rejected ALL the furniture I had. Claiming that none of my items are eligible for pick up- considering I read their eligibility email multiple time and made sure to take out any furniture that did not fit their requirements. Disgraceful. Total waste of time and energy.

I used to volunteer here a lot and loved coming here for great deals...During my most recent visit I wheeled up an office chair from the back where all the other chairs were. The chair had no "sold" sign on it so it was fair game. I was told I could not buy it. How does that work?

If you pack it, we can pick it up but we don't do clean outs. We can come into the house to pick the items up, however and donations are tax deductible according to law.
May be you will find it there, is not like they have a few in rhe store is more likely you will find it random with another things. Home depot is close by there and they have it for sure. Have a good week
Yes they will you cam drop of Monday though Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm and on Sunday 12:00pm to 4:00pm
We usually only take 3 or more furniture pieces to send the truck out, unfortunately. Desks generally do not sell well. If it is small and you can bring it, we accept donations from 10 am-5 pm Monday through Saturday and 12-4 on Sunday.
They will take area rugs, or carpet squares only.
