My family is currently staying here on our family vacation for three nights, on a trip from Ohio, headed to Wyoming and northern Montana. Everything seems fine to us… clean room, nice pool, close to everything. It’s no luxury hotel, but we are not paying for a luxury hotel. I’d recommend this place to anyone, and would stay here again with no hesitation. The only issue that I am aware of, the hot tub is temporarily out of service… but who wants in that when it’s 108 degrees out??!! UPDATE… next day, hot tub is working!! 😁

We came here over the Memorial Day weekend. For $220 you will get a semi-clean room, no housekeeping (if you stay less than three days), worn out rags of towels (you can pick up fresh ones at the lobby every day) and very small compacted pillows (why only three per bed?). The rest is pretty much motel standard. Ample parking. Great location.

AWFUL! Our 1st room the fridge wasn’t working and then we lost all the lights & and electical outlets. Kid @ desk said manager would fix fridge (manager walked by our room 3x after Without stopping in to repair). Then was told not to plug so many things in? (2 phone chargers and an iron is too much apparently?) Yet we paid almost $700 for 2 nights. Was told we’d move to another “exact” room by a different staff. The 2nd room’s bathroom had half the vanity size. AND we were in town eloping!!! To move rooms w no offer of help & the bathroom half the size was VERY disappointing. oh and room service? They don’t have it!! Offered it when booking & via phone but when we Checked in, we were told there’s no room service only for 2+ days. On your own for towels, soap, etc. 👍 The insensitivity and attitude received from 3+ staff members, towards what hospitality and service (or lack there of) was very disappointing. Lack of compassion and professionalism.

Check in was great! The attendant was sweet, friendly, and kind. We laughed, chatted, and she smoothly went through the whole process of check in seamlessly without me even realizing we weren't always best friends. The rooms are very nice and centrally located within Moab. I'm very happy!
