We checked in a little after midnight Saturday. Colby was very friendly and made the check in process quick and easy. Later that morning after some much needed sleep we enjoyed the breakfast. The lounge area was kept clean and the breakfast choices were good. By this time the day shift had come on. They were all very courteous and attentive to anyone coming in. The location is off of I-10 and LA3063. The noise level from interstate traffic is null. They are set back off the frontage road so you can actually enjoy the quiet. Room review: the bed, o my goodness, most comfortable night sleep ever. This bed was more comfortable than our bed we spent $2000 on. The room was very clean. Love that it is a non smoking facility!!! If I had to come up with anything negative it would have to be the lack of a swimming pool. We will definitely stay here again.

Well first, when I checked in the room was dirty. I pulled the sheets back and the sheets were filthy! There was urine on the toilet. The front desk worker was rude when I checked in. When I opened the curtains there were ants on the window sill walking! It’s disgusting! I would NOT stay there and definitely will NOT recommend! It was a couple days ago!!

9-10 July 2021 The staff were very accommodating and upgraded our room to a double queen when they realized my sister was traveling with me and not my wife ;-) The room was impeccably clean and the Air conditioner must have a portal to the north pole! It worked wonderfully for a Mountain Man not used to the liquid air they called Humidity! The bed was very comfortable and firm but not too hard. Plenty of pillows to choose from. After a fine meal at a local seafood buffet we got back to the Hotel and wanted a nightcap. We asked the staff who directed us through the secret door to the in house bar located in the lounge. The drinks were fairly priced and mixed to perfection. I told the bartender she had a future in politics, mixing drinks like that. Typical amenities in the bathroom in case you forgot something. Lastly it is located close enough to the interstate to allow easy on an off but I never heard any traffic inside the room. If you need to go into town don't take the interstate as the traffic was horrible just turn left out of the hotel and take hyw 90 over it is much more sane. If I ever find myself in South Louisiana again I will definitely spend the night with these folks. Great Job Crew Cobblestone
