Rooms are clean and quite and the hotel is every bit an art-deco palace. Only real complaint was size of the bathroom. Very tight quarters and toilet is only 3" from side wall. Otherwise clean and well appointed.

Loved our stay here! Hotel and rooms have charm. Staff was so welcoming and helpful, especially Lori. Street parking was easy. King room was spacious. Breakfast was basic but lots of options. Only downside was that I could hear the person next to me (through the adjoins room doors) cough, sneeze, blow their nose.

Pros: Excellent location in the heart of Silver City. Had a corner king room which was large with a great bed. A/C was small but kept the room cold and comfy. Pleasant front desk staff. Cool art deco feel. Cons: Lack of daily housekeeping, dirty lobby bathrooms, no hot water (mild at best) from the shower in the mornings, in room lamps and fixtures could use some updating. Overall good stay in a local landmark hotel. .

If you want hot water, shower the night before or very very early in the morning. No refrigerator. No microwave. No coffee pot. No iron. The continental breakfast was slim pickings and ran out quickly. They do have a waffle maker though. The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable. It was centrally located and it was the cheapest.
