This is a lovely hotel, the courtyard areas are well laid out & pretty. Despite renovation happening in the hallways and some main areas, the rooms themselves were clean, quiet & comfortable. The beds were certainly the most comfortable of all our stays this trip (6 hotels total). The restaurant is pretty good, but I recommend getting the breakfast package, as it can really add up otherwise. The staff were all amazing, very friendly and informative. We left a personal item behind, and they even shipped it home to us. Highly recommend!

This hotel is conveniently located on the main drag in Santa Fe, making it quite easy to get to. Our room was toward the back, so it was nice and quiet. Parts of the hotel and room were a bit dated, and the cleaning done before my stay could have been better.

They failed to mention several things on their web site such as, they don't provide room service daily and the entrance hallway ramp, stairs and elevator is outside, The entrance hallway was covered with snow and ice. You can't tell from photos on website that you enter room from outside where you are exposed to weather. This reminds me of the old low priced motels on many interstates and small towns. Also, don't ask for a bottle of water the day you check out as we were told water is for guest checking inn only. The hotel is in a good area but, is need of a remodeling.

Why was it excellent? Because this was by far the best customer service oriented facility I have stayed at with Marriott. I am a travel nurse and have seen many many different Marriotts from here to Australia. When I had to leave abruptly the staff is diligently cataloging all my mail and sending it to me in one lump sum which is what I requested. This is above and beyond “normal “ customer service nowadays!! Not to mention… uh yes I guess I am mentioning the fact the room was great and the housekeeping staff was stellar. I need adult supervision sometimes and this hotel staff kept me grounded and happy 😃 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
