Very poor time management

Lady behind the desk is extremely rude, packed full of people and no where to sit, no appointments for a week in advance. Drove all the way there because no one would answer the phone and walked in to the person sitting right next to the phone lol.

This place was great, went there as a walk in, the receptionist was extremely helpful in getting me signed in, the technician who did my blood work was amazing, felt nothing and she was very caring as I always get dizzy after getting blood drawn, highly recommended this location.

The staff is always so friendly and I have never waited more than 10 min to be seen.. the are super gentle with blood draws and always make you feel comfortable.. A+
