I don’t even know where to begin. I was thrilled when I got engaged and have enjoyed the whole planning process but was absolutely dreading dress shopping. It was hanging over my head like a black cloud. I was so worried I would never find something to even fit me let alone make me experience that magical moment that every bride dreams of. Bridal Manor came highly recommended. I was blessed to have Nancy as my consultant. I showed her a few pictures of dresses I loved. She left the room and 5 minutes later came back with a few dresses. I chose one to start with and was so afraid to even put it over my head. Needless to say, that very first dress erased all my anxiety. She nailed it from the start. So knowledgeable and personable and friendly. She put me at ease immediately. The salon itself is so quaint and has the perfect ambiance. Thank you Nancy and Bridal Manor for allowing me to have my moment and look forward to wearing my beautiful dress!

We had an incident with my daughter's bridal gown. When we went for her 2nd fitting, we found a hole in the gown. The owner, Marion, worked tirelessly with us to correct the imperfection until we were completely satisfied. Marion is very conscientious and truly cares about her customers, she takes your concerns seriously and she works with you until you are completely happy with the results. I came here for the very first time today looking for my wedding dress. I didn’t even think i’d find a dress today because I am such an indecisive person. But, Taylor, the stylist really understood what I had envisioned for my wedding and pulled the PERFECT dress for me. It was the second dress I had put on and I immediately cried putting it on. I never even thought I would experience that since I’ve seen so many brides talk about it but it was just so beautiful and perfect for my whimsical wedding next year. Taylor also pulled the perfect veil for the dress as well. She was so sweet and provided excellent customer service. She made sure everyone I had brought with me felt included as well. I can’t even say enough how beautiful this place made me feel and how THEY found my dress for me. I had so many screenshots of dresses I like browsing online that I thought I’d like and Taylor found the perfect one for me from just listening. I never even showed her what I liked. I recommend coming in with an open mind but be true to what you like and Taylor will certainly find the “one” for you!
