Maureen is Impossible to get a hold of. For some reason she is “always out of office” or always at a “conference”. Multiple messages and multiple emails and I still have no response after THEIR OFFICE incorrectly submitted my daughters birth certificate. She is now 5 months old so that just tells you how long I’ve been trying to fix this issue. By far the worst office I’ve ever worked with and that says something because I live in Philadelphia. Please train this staff they are the most unprofessional group of women Ive even came across.

You got to respect the police officers that are there; they are respectful to ALL citizens in our community. However, Leslie Strozeski at the desk is a nasty and unhelpful person. She was unwilling to assist paying for a citation over the phone and said it was impossible, even though days earlier another clerk offered. She doesn't want to take the extra time to help someone. I explained someone else was willing to a few days earlier. She became frustrated at that, said to pay it online, and hung up, not even giving me a chance to get the information. It is a shame such a lazy and quick tempered person works for the Municipal Court here.
