I thought my elderly mother in for lab testing.. the tech was very friendly and professional- if I could give her 5 stars personally I would, but the issue came from another technician. Apparently she was frustrated about Covid testing- positive test results so she threw a fit. She yelled through the facility, threw papers on the ground threatening to quit. This upset and startled my mother but thankfully the tech who was drawing her labs was very calming and apologetic. I feel whatever is going on internally should be addressed to help prevent employees lashing out like this in front of patients. The majority of the patients were elderly.. speaking for my mother I spoke say she already had high anxiety go into her appointment due to health issues. Also I would feel more comfortable if it was posted publicly stating that this quest location is a Covid testing center. We were not aware of this.

The staff is extremely rude upon entering the facility. Continuous infomercial blasting on screen.

I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Kiosk check in was easy to navigate and the staff was friendly. I will say, the people complaining were probably walk ins. When I went there were 10+ walks in and 2 appts (me being one of the appointments) when they called me back the people in the waiting room became irate saying they were there before me, well, I had an appointment. That is a risk you take when you walk in somewhere. I will use their services again in the future if needed. Overall good experience
