Go elsewhere, have been trying since July to set up an account with DVFlora. The office has failed to contact me back on several occasions and still hadn't had my account set up today (Oct. 17th). When I called again today, I was told I needed to talk to accounts receivable over terms. I never said I wanted terms and all payments would be cash on delivery. Go somewhere that actually wants your business.

They've turned into the worst wholesaler ever! Obviously their warehouse staff has no clue what they're doing. Every order I've placed in the past 2 mos. has either been missing product or the wrong product. Oh, & when you try to call based on their hours posted online hmmm...no. Think again! Save yourself the trouble & move on.
