I called to get information on Samsung refrigerators because they service them and sell them and I happened to be sick and needed info. I was planning on buying a Samsung refrigerator but I had heard there was a class action lawsuit against Samsung the day before and I wanted to know if they had problems getting parts and what refrigerator models had this problem with the ice maker in the lawsuit. She says she had no knowledge of the class action lawsuit against Samsung because she wasn't "political." She says she knew they had problems on older models (2016). The woman kept telling me she didn't understand why I was asking all of these questions and was argumentative in my opinion. Several times I asked to speak to someone else. Finally she raised her voice again and I insisted to speak to someone else, she promptly hung up and put me on hold. They lost my business because of her attitude and I was very interested in a high dollar Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. I won't be doing business there.
