I would rather give no stars . The bugs are outrageous around the building . Parking is a nightmare . Make sure to get a building with the elevator if not you’ll be lugging kids and groceries up a bunch of stairs . Papper thin walls you can literally hear EVERYTHING. Leaving office gets nothing fixed and rent doubled in price in a year . Not so luxurious after all

Do u have any income affordable units? I have a Hud voucher.. They pay you a certain check every month and I pay the difference. Also I have no issues with paying the rent .. That is my first bill paid. Could someone please let me know? ?

According to the website it's 1600-2450, which has gone up since I moved in last year. I love living there so I highly recommend it. The place is filling quickly so I'd get in soon. Good luck!

what is the square footage of the affordable rentals. Is it the same as the Patriot? Also why doesnt the brochure I received yesterday state there are stoves in the units?
