I have seen Dr Lanzi for years and his partner Dr.Burke. Oral Maxillofacial issues are a top priority to me and my family. I return to them periodically for different issues as they are the best in this entire area.Their RNs are very well qualified.Their office staff is always extremely helpful. In this practice, the patient is always NUMBER 1.

I had no problems everyone was great and kind and caring. None judgmental and treated me with my wisdom tooth which was healed up in 1 week stitches desved and no more infection and I feel great. Thank you to the whole team in woolwhich and in Washington Townships office and there surgical team.

Awful customer service. Still waiting for a call back from the director over a week later after speaking the Julie, the “manager” who told me her staff makes no errors because SHE trained them 😂. I let her know she needs to be trained in customer service, along with her billing reps & receptionists. Reading through some of the other reviews- seems I’m not the only one that they scammed out of money by telling one price and then charging another. Do NOT recommend unless you want to waste your time arguing with multiple people here.
