This group might be one of the worst in the world. You have to call a group like a call center who knows nothing about anything might as well be kids from high school just message takers. They only care about your money if you are 1 second late they cancel your appt. they never follow up just 10000% joke of a group I would recommend anyone else or just suffering before letting this group work on anyone you know or love. If you hate people send them here they will SUFFER the worst!

My husband had see the doctor in August for a vasectomy. Since August his appointment has been canceled 3 times! Every time you call the office to reschedule or get a better time you never get a call back or speak with anyone! This place is ridiculous we will be going somewhere else.

To be completely honest, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. I had been dealing with kidney/ bladder pain for about 6 months. I had been to the emergency room many times during these 6 months, and decided I needed medical attention beyond emergency care. I waited for an appointment, showed up, signed in, waited to talk to a physician’s assistant, her name was kellie, can’t recall her last name. I thought it was standard procedure to at least give a urine sample, but not here. Didn’t even take my temperature. Nothing. I told her of my pain, she asked me to lay on the table, she touched my stomach and I told her it hurt. She told me there was nothing she could do and to go to the er and get the tests done that she would have given me referrals to get done at a later date. She never told me what tests I needed to get done and told me she’d call the er but never clarified which one she would call. So I left and went to the er and called their office from the parking lot because I was confused as to which tests or even which hospital to go to, and no one could tell me, I talked to three different people and even though I was in the office 15 minutes prior, no one had any information on me. I’m getting treatment now, saw a good doctor and am getting treatment now. Very horrible for Christmas because of this.

Stay as far away from this place as you can. I have been strung along in the Sewell location for almost 3 months now. I was putt on medication for my symptoms without any tests being performed to get a diagnosis which made my symptoms so much worse. I finally had a bladder scan done, and found that the medicine was the complete opposite of what I needed. I was then scheduled for 2 tests that keep getting canceled and rescheduled for weeks later, only to be canceled again. You can't even call and speak to a doctor to ask a question, without being forced into making another appointment. The people who you speak to are rude and condescending and of no help. I will never go back to this place.
