Ive purchased 4 of my last 5 high-quality vehicles from Elliott Bay. (2 Mercedes and 2 Range Rover Sports). Jim has created a business that sets itself on a whole other level in the used car business. You can trust you are getting a top notch vehicle that will outlast your expectations and you cannot beat his fair prices. (i tried everytime) Initially, I was nervous purchasing Range Rovers until I bought these two from Jim. They had a few years on them but looked and drove like they just came from the show room floor. After a few years of beating them up all over the PNW, I was able to trade both of them in for over bluebook after each accumulated over 100k miles and I didn't spend a dollar on either above normal wear n tear, like new tires, fancier wheels and what not. The two Mercedes, same deal.. Gorgeous vehicles, amazing prices and traded in or sold for over my expectations. Also, I know how we're all valuing and spending our time differently these days since Covid. We're drawn to the easy, trustworthy car buying/selling apps. I am, at least!! We just bought our new car from VJ tonight and would highly recommend him if you're in the market for a car. One thing I don't like when shopping for anything is a pushy sales person and VJ was far from it. He was very relaxed and easy to talk to. He made the whole experience enjoyable and pain free. To top it off he colored and played with toy cars with our four year old while we were signing our financing docs. She didn't want to leave when we were done because she had so much fun! Incredible place. Lots of high end vehicles but never felt out of place. Staff was friendly and helpful. Robert has a gift for attention to detail and was attentive and helpful throughout the entire purchase. The work done to the vehicle was top notch and I was very happy with everything from start to finish. I left feeling like a king. Looking for a quality used luxury vehicle I highly recommend seeing these guys first. You will drive away in exactly what you were looking for.
