Such an amazing place, pie and staff were top notch! We stayed for two hours enjoying drinks and chatting with the staff. I love that their craft cocktail menu is based off creations from their staff members. The berry bumble crumble was delicious! Thank you to the Pie Bar staff for being so inviting and welcoming us to Seattle!

Good options for ordering, you can choose either a service window or actually go inside. Tasty pies with a strong variety as you can go savory, fruity, or cream pies. I do wish you could order a whole pie spontaneously, but I understand the turnover time. A potential opportunity might be higher prices for spontaneous whole pies (or "discount" those who order in advance) at a rate that's cheaper than buying six slices (amount of slices in one pie). I opted for the Monkey Nuts (banana cream pie with extras) and man, it was so filling. I think the cream pies are generally too heavy alone and would lean towards a fruit pie if you're craving something sweet. The crust itself wasn't too impressive as it was flaky and thin compared to the rest of the pie so you don't taste it much unless you explicitly aim to. You also get ice cream, if you want, with your pies and can decide between ice cream on the pie or on the side. The apple is super delicious and not as heavy. I've yet to experience the savory pies, but I'm sure they're a great meal. I'd skip the cream pie next time for a different category. Not to say it was bad, but I personally think the fruit pies are the best.

Favorite location. Great pie and drinks. The ballarb bumble berry crumble was excellent! As a chocolate lover, the chocolate death pie was also wonderful. Their crusts are very well made.

This is going to be my to-go place for hanging out with friends at night. Wonderful pie and very creative drinks. I really like the berry pie, perfect amount of sweet and crispy!
