Beautiful, well maintained park with nice trails to walk. Just saw good concert, lawn well maintained to sit on blanket or you can bring your own lawn chair. Park rangers patrolling throughout park . Recommend for family gatherings with many outdoor activities, pickleball, basketball and baseball courts.

Great trails for walking !!
The park is open 6 AM until 10 PM 7 days a week. I walk in the morning sometimes. It's beautiful park and has rangers always patrolling
No. Men and ladies only
They have the schedule on the washington lake park website.
I'm sorry, no, we cannot have anyone other than employees doing something like that. If you have a troop that is interested in volunteer work, you can contact the park office to arrange it. 856-589-6427. Thank you.
No, there are no swimming areas. Fields and play grounds only with walking trails in between.
You can check online or you can call the park for information
Hello, they are first come first serve. There is a sign hanging on the gate with all of the rules. Have fun!
The Washington Lake area of the park is under construction. Upon completion fishing will be allowed. We anticipate completion to be late fall. Fising is also allowed on Cedar Pond. Fishing is NOT allowed in our koi pond.
You would have to ask permission from the Park Staff to kayak, and fishing isn't best thing to do there, nothing much to catch.
I'm not sure. Try contacting Gloucester County Parks and Recreation or Washington Twp Parks and Recreation?
Hello, to answer your question, yes, we have two large fenced in areas, one for smaller dogs and one for larger. The dogs must be registered with the Township. That can be done at the Township's clerks office at the WT Municipal Building, 523 Egg Harbor Road, Sewell, NJ 08080.
Right on the greentree road entrance its the first right when u enter the park
Concert on July 21 @7pm. Not sure who. Google Washington Lake Park.
It's closed for swimming due to contamination. Canada goose used to stop here during the migration and they killed the lake off pretty bad with droppings. It's starting to recuperate in recent years, and hopefully with more budget they might be able to clean it up and reopen. For now, it's a catch and release fishing spot.
Yes, you can fish in Cedar Pond, or the lake if you venture up the paths to Washington Lake. You have to take the hiking trails behind the amphitheater. To get to the lake, theres a path that swings around Cedar Pond to the lake, or you can take the well maintained path behind the Butterfly Garden. Fishing in the Koi Pond is not allowed, as other have said. :) The fish are catch and release, the water to the ponds and the lake are contaminated right now. Happy Fishing!
You can call the Ranger Station.
Yes
There is a office in the park near the concession stand
It's still there! It was contaminated by migrating Canada goose, so they had to close it for a while. It was "abandoned" and they recently tore down the building that was up there, but it's accessible for fishing and relaxing now. To reach it, head to Cedar Pond via the hiking trails. Then take the small path around the pond and up the back. You'll come to an open field over by the church. Hang a left and you'll see the access road. To get there directly from the park, take the nice trail from the butterfly pond. Go at your own risk, it's not well traversed anymore, there's vandalism and it's not a place for swimming. Fishing is catch and release only. Good luck!
The lake is just to look at you can not swim fish or boat on the lake.
Hawks and eagles are really brazen...bringing small dogs is really risky..... IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT LOCAL PREDATORY BIRDS , I'd watch their ass close ...
How do we find out about memorial trees or benches
