Tanyard Oaks is a very nice place to live overall my daughter and I were fortunate enough to attain a (two bedroom +2 1/2 bath) townhome style apartment here approximately five years ago after my divorce. At that time she was in fifth grade and is now almost a sophomore in the nearby high school. That stated we’ve been here a little while and have only dealt with a few minor problems like noisy neighbors and that sort of thing but for the most part we have always felt comfortable in our home. We even take mother daughter walks in the evenings mostly across the street is another nice house develop housing development. It’s best to have a car when living here because the buses may not get you directly where you need to go. Deptford mall And surrounding restaurants are nearby and Philadelphia is only a 20 to 30 minute drive over the bridge if you like the city. Our maintenance man rich (he’s been here ever since I’ve been here) he’s very nice and does his best to get minor problems taken care of in a timely manner. In addition when you run into life’s problems like a job change or even this pandemic Tanyard Oaks always tries to make adjustments to meet you where you are financially speaking. I’m not sure how much longer we will be here but it has truly been a lovely place for me and my daughter to call home....💕

This is one of the nicest communities I have been to. I have been on the waiting list for 2 years waiting for a 1 bedroom apartment. I hope I am able to move in soon.
