I worked with two salesmen, Dante and Ron. Dante seemed professional and courteous enough at first, but apparently got sick so I was handed to Ron. Ron was rude from the start and I'm sure "tough guy" is his role at the dealership. I told Ron I wasn't going to work with him and he had no problem with that as keeping an intelligently cautious customer in limbo is probably a fun game for them. It seemed like the rudeness started once I asked questions about the vehicle and asked for them to drop the price a reasonable amount due to certain issues found. They were unwilling to work with me on that, but did adjust the price ever so slightly because my loan officer did all of the paperwork for them. The staff was also clear that they don't deal with any of the out of state licensing, which is different from other dealerships, so I feel they were just seeing someone in a tough spot and wanted to keep them there because they're going to get their money one way or another and want to put in the least amount of work possible. The "I don't care about you, this vehicle is eventually going to sell" energy was strong with all of the staff once I saw them in person. Just a few dudes standing, sitting and b.s.ing with one another through most of their lives. After the sale, I had to contact Dante again and while his immediate reply was a normal "I'll ask the boss", his next communication stayed true to the amount of contempt the entire staff emitted. "Oh, and the car was sold as is" is an exact quote. I'm looking forward to seeing their response to this review and would be surprised if they don't send one. If you want to purchase a car from Rich's, let alone anywhere, spend the money for a used vehicle inspection. Not only could it save you from buying a lemon, it could save you from having to deal with contemptuous and conniving staff. The vehicle I purchased passed that inspection so I chose to deal with the people of Rich's, but I honestly would have continued looking elsewhere had I not been in need of a vehicle. Best of luck to anyone who reads this. You deserve respect and fairness.

I am very pleased of how easy to buy a car from Rich's Car Corner. The buying experience was very smooth and hassle free from the beginning to the end. Bobby is beyond wonderful. We had a little issue on the windshield and the rear wiper but they took care of that. When we got home, a little light appeared in the dashboard and I spoke to Bobby about it, he said to bring it down and took care of that, too. They replaced the actuator - free of charge! and the most amazing thing is they gave us a loaner while they took care is the issue. Thanks, Bobby for the pleasant experience. I recommend this business to anyone!

Rich's car corner. Wow! What can I say but THANK YOU! Great used cars for great price. And the sales staff got nothing negative to say. They are not like other car dealerships I've delt with before. Not pushy, they don't lie, no hurry, and everything is explained to you in a professional manner. Bobby, was my man. Bobby bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of with the car I needed. He didn't try to get me to buy car that I didn't want or need. Only what I was looking for. Heck! Even loaned me a hundred bucks for a couple of days. I was short $100.00 bucks for my down payment and he covered it just so I could get myself a car that day. I was in an out in just about a hour. I've never got that kind of service at the other car lots. Wish I came Rick's car corner first I tell you what. Don't compromise folks just go to RICK'S CAR CORNER! You won't be be disappointed in the service and convenience and the care about your needs. It's all about you! Not their commission on sales. It's all about you. I highly recommend Rich’s Car Corner. I worked with Ron and had an excellent experience. Ron was friendly, patient and kind and made everything very easy for me. There were two repairs that I asked for that were taken care of quickly. They even went above and beyond and gave me a loaner car while I waited! Rich’s will take care of the plates and tabs so that you don’t have to deal with the DOL and DMV-major time saver! I’ve already recommended Ron at Rich’s to my family and close friends!
