Event parking uptown varies in price. Coming from out of town I'd suggest light rail from either south side or North side. The train runs next to arena and less hassle for less money. I also park at 7th Street Station parking deck about 100 yards from arena.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn City Center and it was around a block away with its own discounted parking deck. It was cheaper than all of the ones within walking distance. It was also close to numerous restaurants so once you park and check-in you don't have to drive to go eat.

Multiple entrances from the outside are for all ticket holders- no specific VIP entrance. Once you're inside there are stairs or elevators to take people to the upper level areas.- signs of are everywhere as well as attendants/ ushers to help you find your seat , the restroom, guest services, a wheelchair if you're having a hard time walking, etc. They really do a great job taking care of ALL the ticket holders VIP elevators are well marked & there is also an attendant in the elevator. ( VIP elevators are usually @ flip side of regular ones ). My husband & I were at a concert there last Fri and using parking info @ Spectrum Cntr page & friends recommendation, we used the valet parking at hotel across the street from the box office entrance - it was $30 + tip for the evening (we prepaid @ website till midnight). The staff was phenomenally great helping us.& I'm sure they will take great care of you too.

A1 is going to be closer than just A. If it is an event such as a basketball game where the Floor is being used. But something like a concert Tammy is exactly right.

Not great they are like stadium seats. And rows are close together. There may be different seats in between the sections. I found them 'crowded ' if you know what I mean

About 20 - 25 minutes by car in usual traffic conditions, fastest route is usually taking a vehicle, taxi, Uber, or Lyft, from the airport on the highway route 77 North then taking exit 9 for 277 & then the College St. exit & getting into the city from there. If you've got a few extra minutes & want to save money on parking costs you could also take an Uber or Lyft from the airport to the Woodlawn lightrail station about 2-3 miles away ($10) and catch the inbound train directly to Spectrum center for about ($2.20) Arena station

Trade and 5th are the two main entrances I personally like the entrance in 5th better as i like to park over on that side.

Parking is available at a variey of garages near the arena. I usually park in the one across the street. Most garages take cash and credit. Sometimes for special events, it may be cash only upon entry. There is also websites that let you prepay but i find that's most expensive.

Take the Lynx to the Transportation Center and it is about a 400 foot walk to the Spectrum Center.

The games tend to start late but the lines are long. That being said, the lines to get in move pretty quickly. Depending on time needed for going to the restroom and standing in line at the consession stand. For guys, bathroom lines move pretty quick but consession lines dont.

Front of spectrum arena if even is going on might not be able to get to front of arena they will have it blocked off with cops and cop cars , etc. In the case of this you can drop them off where they are stopping and turning traffic around. Hope this helps
