PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM! He has had my Alexander McQueen sneakers for a year at this point. I’ve tried calling, texting, and making an appointment with no response. He replied maybe about 4 times with no real update just excuses on how my shoes are horrible material, not real suede, etc. If he was not able to complete the task he should’ve just said so. I guess he needed $70 that bad. Horrible business owner, horrible working conditions, and just an overall horrible experience. The Storage Unit won’t let you go up without a code so it’s impossible for me to actually retrieve my item. I am in disbelief and am currently writing this review while waiting on a police escort. I want my belongings back and I feel as if one year has been more than enough time.

Best Shoe Cleaner maybe? But I’ll never know… WORST customer service is what your business should be called. Mr. Crump was incredibly rude, acted like I was putting him out by scheduling an appt, legit felt like he thought I was a criminal. After being told it would take 10-14days which wouldn’t work for my timeline he rudely escorted me out of the storage unit (also this is not a store front it’s a business run out of Morning Star storage). I was willing to pay for expedited service, but we never even got to what the service would have cost. I’m sure he will reply saying “Identity Theft” like he has for others that have called him out. Sir you need to learn some manners, I treated you with respect, scheduled an appointment as required, if anyone’s time was wasted here it was most certainly mine. I will never recommend anyone ever use your services. Thanks! Edit: potential customers please see below, point and case. Matches up with your responses to other reviews you disagree with. Yes you have the right to refuse service, but you didn’t. You merely got upset when I stated that your timeline didn’t match with mine. I was polite and respectful throughout this weird encounter, never thought or assumed I was better than anyone, unlike yourself. Good luck to you guy.
