My Rolex President was purchased in 1981 and worn every day while golfing, tennis, salt water, chlorine water and only taken off for service. The bracelet had stretched and had some dents and I didn’t want to buy a new bracelet from Rolex so I found Sumpters Jewelers as one of few who could rebuild the bracelet by installing new pins, taking out dents, tightening the links and polishing it. Now it looks brand new and even in the first two days of wearing it again, I have received numerous comments on my watch. It looks like new and the workmanship and professionalism of Sumpters exceeded my expectations. Great job!

Hello, we require guests to wear masks. If guests do not have one our security guard will provide one. He also sprays customers hands with sanitizer upon entering our boutique. If you have any concerns feel free to let us know.
Depending on what the ring is made of, they can. If it is anything but gold or silver, they cannot.
They don't answer that type of question on this site, you'll have to go in they will examine the diamond.... evaluate the quality of it and give you an answer.
Only certain brands that they can service and put their warranty with. Rolex, Tag Heuer, Breitling, Omega, Panerai, Patek Phillipe, etc.
