Is this property going to be income affordable?

There was a certain number of "luxury" apartments to rented in a lottery. I know because I am also on the waiting list.

If you have a section 8 voucher which makes sure that your rent is paid. But yet in all my years of renting I have always paid and took care of my apartment.. As I am very thank ful to have a roof over my and my sons head. I see that they are luxary apartments but I have lived in luxury apartments in the past. I am just kindly just trying to say that if we pay by a section 8 voucher, or if we pay by.a grant, or just straight cash we all still have the same hopes and dreams. We are no different than those of the people that are blessed and able to earn and make their own money. Alot of us are to sick. Please im trying to be as kind as i can.
