A lot of runaround from customers service about a check we were supposed to receive from Orbit. It's now almost a year and all we ever hear is "two more weeks" over and over. Once the actual solar was installed we were ghosted. My husband has contacted customerservice over 20x's with no real answers. Please do not respond and tell me to "contact customer service" ....my head might explode!

Im editing my original review b/c I tried to give a second review but couldn't figure out how to, so I'm including the salesman in this review b/c the man, Seth Rubin was a tremendous n gracious salesman with the process, he reached out to me with every step of the process, n anytime I called Seth he was there n completely transparent with everything, this endeavor was not possible w/out Seth, n honestly it was all Seth... Orbit has been tremendous, very informative and quick from start to finish. Once appt was made for new roof install, 1 week from call to the day of appt n the crew had old roof removed, new roof installed in 8 hours, cleaned up n no residual mess anywhere on property and it looks unreal, should be 10 stars. Awaiting solar panels install currently. Solar panels being installed on Thursday 10/20/2022. Thank you Orbit n a special shout out to Seth Rubin
