We had the unique situation of inheriting a commercial property which was split among family members. We are all a close, loving family, but had little working knowledge of the property and we lived in 3 different states with only one family member being local. I lived 900 hundred miles away and I hired Hoffman DiMuzio and personally hired attorney, John P. Ciocco. This was the BEST DECISION. Little did we know, a real estate deal that we thought should have been cut and dry....simple.... turned out to be a nightmare that was dragged on for much too long, at no fault of our own or our attorney. However, with John Ciocco "at the helm" he handled everything professionally, timely, and managed to keep all my family members nerves, including mine at bay...a feat in itself. He is truly a professional in every sense of the word. An excellent, honest (yes, honest) attorney you want on your side. In addition, I worked closely with his Legal Assistant, Nicole Brinkworth, who was pleasant, professional and extremely responsive. Additionally, the real estate deal was not worth too much and he was cognizant of that fact. Yet, the time we were spending on it one would have thought otherwise. Therefore, he intentionally kept emails short and only had phone conversations, if absolutely necessary, as to not charge us for unnecessary time/charges. We greatly appreciated that thought. This truly was a traumatic experience for our family having lost our family and then having to go through such a stressful sale, but with John Ciocco of Hoffman DiMuzio representing us, it truly had a happy ending and the he managed to shield us from pretty much all of it. For that we are forever grateful. We would definitely use their services and recommend them highly.
