Janene did a wonderful job with my routine mammogram today! She called me into the examination room very quickly and explained the procedure for each x-ray fully. She was very patient and gentle-much appreciated!

My visit to Derry Imaging Center went very well. Check-in was easy and my wait was not bad. I was fourth in line and my wait was about 8 minutes. The X-ray technician was very professional, courteous and helpful. I really appreciate their service. I highly recommend Derry Imaging Center.

I was treated well. Although the litany of questions that have to be asked multiple times is a bit much. I had a head MRI at 7:00pm that I was assured would be looked at by a radiologist first thing in the morning and that I would receive a call from my doctor the next day. That occurred on Monday evening. It is now Thursday and I have heard NOTHING from anyone. I am extremely disappointed!

Melissa offered exceptional customer service to help sort out transfer of records from another imaging center to Derry, Bedford. After a bunch of run around from the other facility, I contacted the Derry Office and Melissa promised she would follow up and promptly get back to me. She kept her promise. Patients should not need to case manage their own health care coordination, but we do need to know how to find a good advocate. I found her! Many Thanks!! Debi
