ABSOLUTELY! We do everything that you would expect from a legitimate cleaning company ( local and national background checks, drug testing, reference checks), but we go a step further than any other company in Thurston County. We have a mandatory 30-day period when all trainees are required to be within sight of a Certified Cleaning Professional at all times while we get to know and trust them. If for any reason, a trainee is out of compliance, they are dismissed with NO opportunity for re-hire. While this step is very rigorous to implement, we have found that the results we get far surpass the results that other cleaning companies get with regards to hiring trustworthy employees of good integrity.

The quick answer is that there won't be for long! American maid has a unique attitude in our industry. We believe that if there is a problem, we did something wrong 100% of the time - and it is our job to get that fixed as fast as possible to keep it from happening ever again. Our average cleaning time is 3.25 hours. 1) How big is your house and how much of it are we cleaning? 2) What level of cleaning are you having done? 3* cleaning is MUCH faster than 5* cleaning. 3) How often do you have your home professionally cleaned? 4) How much "stuff" do you have? 5) How many people are cleaning your home? - A solo cleaner will be in your home longer than a team of 3 - even though the total amount of cleaning time is the same.

While we CAN clean your home with less than 24 hours notice, your price will be significantly less if you can give us a week's notice. Certain times of the year we get VERY busy and the only way to get those quick jobs in is to pay overtime and to require above and beyond service from our employees.
