Update: Susan called me within minutes of posting my original review and wanted to make it right. They sent out a beautiful bouguet of flowers as a replacement. I upgraded my review to only 4 stars leaving off 1 star for having to make the call in the first place. The service and flowers were exceptional and what I expected in the first place. This is the 2nd time I have been involved in using Floral Ingenuity for flowers. Both times the arrangements were horrible and were no where near the size advertised on the website. This arrangement was sent to my mom by a local close friend. When they saw the bouquet they had paid $65 plus delivery they were very hurt. This is the upgraded version and is no where near 12", they were also told 5 roses and there are 4. Lots of cheap old daisy's included and a few carnations. So much for 2nd chances.

I started using Michelle years ago here and there as I had high school age kids that were always going to dances and things. Then it moved onto arrangements for friends and family here and there and now I try to just refer her every chance I get. One of those referrals went to my boss as he was always looking for someone to make and deliver his wife's arrangements for their Anniversary. This is the 3rd year he has used her now and her arrangements are always as amazing as her service!! This year I was able to get pics. You and your team are so amazing Michelle. I was at the office when she received them and she came in with a huge smile on her face saying that the delivery man was so cute and adorable as he read the card to her. He made her day just as much as the flowers did...he is a keeper for sure!!
