I am disabled and on a fixed income and My problem was kinda complicated because I had my own tech erase the data from the code on my check engine light so they had to eliminate the problem one by one and even with the delay on the correct part and the mix up on my end with the code Micheal showed great respect and patience for my situation with the car and my financial situation as well so these guys are great and they do a wonderful job!!!! Thank you Aamco transmission and repair, You guys are great!!!!!

Once again, I will always bring my vehicles here. My starter was going out and I was able to drop illy vehicle off and pick it up the next day with no problems. As always the service was fantastic. Nick is super friendly and helpful and he went out of his way to test my systems and make sure the proper work was being done and that everything was taken care of for a very good price. I am extremely happy with the service I receive at AAMCO of Olympia and will recommend them to everyone looking for general vehicle repairs

Transmission is still not fixed after 2 months. They said it was finished and when I left it didn’t go more than 50 ft and quit working. They are not answering the phone now for a week and have ignored the message I left. I am getting very impatient and not happy. I have no car to drive and cannot afford a rental. They claim they are unable to program the computer on the transmission. If you are going to be a transmission shop then own the tools! Very very unhappy.

I have used this shop 3 times now with 3 different vehicles. They have always made me feel that I was more than just a number. Each time they have worked to give me all the options available and all at a great price. The saying that you get what you pay for is true most times, but here I have always received high quality with a lower price than other shops. This Saturday I was having 2 tires replaced on my daughters car at discount tire. They couldn't get 2 of the lug nuts off of a tire and said the studs would snap so i needed to get them replaced before they could install that tire. I drove it quickly to AAMCO to see if they could do it. I forgot they were closed Sat, but they happened to be there. I told them the issue and asked if I could bring it by Monday. Brian said "why don't we get that done today". They got it on the lift and took care of it. While I waited Brian gave me a popsicle to combat the heat of the day. They got the work done and then WOULD NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE WORK! How often do you find that at a shop. Thanks to Brian & Spot, because of you, I was able to get the other tire installed that same day!
