This clinic did not catch an infected wound problem Do not go here if you need help with stitches or a painful cut from a fall A friend went here with a deep painful wound with stitches from the ER . He Needed immediate attention This clinic hardly touched him , and told he was fine The next day he was still in pain & went to the wound center at pen bay medical center There He discovered that the wound was infected. ! The wound center at pen bay , cleaned the wound and the stitches were taken out and different antibiotics were prescribed Coastal Medical clinic failed to recognize an infection & Failed to help I suggest that If you have a wound. Go to the wound center at pen bay not here

Exactly what I needed and for the best price in Maine. Quick, easy and very reasonably priced. The place is small but the receptionist was extremely sweet and helpful and Ms. Campbell, the rnp, listened to my concerns and gave me what I was hoping for. Will be back if the need arises. Thank you so much!!!

Went to MCM for my 6 year old, when we got there a sign On door said no one under 16 yoa seen at thia location. Another guy and young son came at same time. We both did not see this on website. It was suggested to put on web site, receptionist said it was. She did give use addresses of two other clinics that would service us. I was ok not staying, the place did not instill convidence, more of a temporary clinic feel. Door to examining room was a pull screen. Dr/nurse prac. Or whomever was seeing people called from room, they went in and pulled screen closes, errie. Gave 2 stars because the receptionist was nice and did refer us to another location

Without a Podiatrist in the area right now and an ingrown toenail,i thought to give this Clinic a try....Arlene at the desk was very helpful and said when Charlotte the nurse practioner showed up she would tell her my situation and call me back,which she did, i have recently ( 2years ago) have had hip surgery and infections are something you don't want, anyhow went down almost immediately after Arlenes return phone call....she said Charlotte would look at it...she looked at my toe and said it was quite red under the nail,( which this i knew) asked her if she was able to cut the nail...her response.." Oh no....i don't do that here.." When i went there i was under the impression that MAYBE she could....she told me about some surgical place that may be able to help me,called me in a perscription for an Antibiotic my charge 7 minutes... $60.00! And i left with the same problem that i went in with, NEVER AGAIN!! I felt that i threw right out my window 3 $20,00 bills, IF they had just said...we can't cut your nail here...i wouldn't have even wasted mine or there time.....so now i'm still in need of having this toenail taking care of....by the time i pay AGAIN...it'll cost me..maybe if you have the flu..this may be the place to go.....not impressed
