Placed an order 2 miles away at Resort. Placed order 4:34 got order 7:15. According to site my order should have been free. Went to McDonald's to grab my kids dinner because it took so long. No apologies no credit nothing. Will NOT order from them again. I'm visiting from out of state $45 wasted dollars

I order pizza and other stuff from this Domino’s once every or every other week. Yes, sometimes it’s not on time because maybe they don’t have enough delivery staff but when it’s late I always get an email with a free pizza to make up for the late delivery. So I don’t mind at all, actually sometimes I hope they are late :p. Food tastes really good.

Quoted 35-45 minutes for my order when I placed it online. After an hour, I called to check on it, and my order was in line to be made soon. Was told it would be about another 35-45 minutes. I would have never ordered if I knew it was a nearly two hour wait for an order. So frustrating. The last time, my order took an hour and a half. You might as well pick it up yourself if you have any hopes of getting your food.
