Positive: The location. Negative: Our bed had hairs on the sheets. There was lipstick marks on the walls. The tub water spot was going to fall off. My daughters bed had candy wraps behind the pillows. Our room was dark.

Building looks nice from the outside. Inside however needs updating. The hallway reminded me of something from a horror movie 😂 Our room was very old and outdated and had some kind of dried up sauce running down the wall that it looked like blood 😬 The jacuzzi had hair and what looked like red paint chips inside it. Ceiling tiles in the hallway showed water damage and need to be replaced.The view of the pool from our balcony was nice. Restaurant and bar were closed for remodeling. Giving 3 stars only because it was apparent they are doing renovations and maintenance to update the hotel. It most definitely has potential and can be a really nice place if and when everything is fixed.

Positive: Staff was courteous. Negative: Room backdoor was unlocked and open. This is safety hazard. We were over charged for our room. The bedroom smelled like cigarettes, even though we booked a non-smoking room. The parking lot was literally crumbling away.

There is absolutely no heat. You ask for an extra blanket and you very well may not get it. My 10 year old laid in bed all night shaking, I literally had to find blankets in my car to help keep her slightly warm and huddle with her. We barely got any sleep from the coldness.
