This place is horrible!! They deliver my packages to the wrong unit constantly. I honestly have no idea where 2 of my packages even ended up because no one has brought them to my unit or anything. I completely do not understand how you don't leave my package on the porch that has my unit number on it and deliver it to somewhere else.

Worst customer service experience ever just as bad as FedEx, they saw me and kept on walking on by waited about 10 minutes til someone came to attend yo me, told him I needed my package held at the station wrote down my tracking number and said yes we will hold it for you here next morning get a message from ups that package is out for delivery, needed a signature but no door tag was left on my door with info I needed to put in on the website for changing delivery address, called customer service got no where with the automated phone service they have they kept saying we can't help with that. I basically have been given the run around and can't seem to retrieve my package.

I was there a couple days ago. They are open 8 am to 10 am and then again from 3 pm to 7 PM I believe. Can't help with a phone number. Good luck. I went to find a package that just disappeared and they basically just told me they lost it.
I would go Out to the office. It's on a side road off of 209 in snydersville. When you call you get a bunch of yahoots that don't know what they are talking about .
Depends who you ask, and when. UPS customer service 800 number told me one thing, internet told me another, sign next to the door said something else. Probably M-F, small window in the morning, small window in the late afternoon early evening, looks like they just slap another sticker over the sign when they don't want to be there. Might be there other times, too, though definitely not weekends. I'd suggest you call first, but you can't. Word of advice, don't bother going, they won't help you, anyway.
