City Wilmington is trash and they trying to keep the city in poverty. How do you have 2 hour parking in an area where we already dealing with poverty. It is 2 hour parking in an residential area on the east side everywhere. People can't even park in front of their house without getting an ticket... NOT FAR AT ALL! This is crazy

office of appeals only allows payments online, not appeals. i was wrongly denied my appeal for a ticket i paid. had to appeal twice, once by mail, second by person. very disappointing public service.
