You can obtain a copy/original from the closing attorney, from when the property was purchased. You can go online to purchase a copy from the county's Recorder of Deeds database, or visit the Recorder of Deeds office itself to purchase a copy.

A deed recorded at the office of Recorder of Deeds is public record. All you need is the property address, and you can purchase a copy online through the county's Recorder of Deeds databases, or visit the office and purchase it there. It does not require identification, nor proof of ownership
