It's organized crime. Stay away from the state of Delaware. Stay away from Capano Management/Residential and the Delaware state court system. They're the mafia.. They are typical textbook Mafia. All are Italian and they hold positions of authority. It's a corrupt system. There is no justice. Let Go & Let Karma.

They are still open
Yes. Parking garage. Pay to park
Good question. This month was the first month of that employees' parking was paid for. I've paid $11,000 since it opened in 2002 just to go to work. Supreme Court Chief Justice Strine is the one responsible for us getting the free parking. Maybe he has a plan for jurors in the works.
Call the facility that is housing the inmate.. they will provide mailing information for the inmate.. including SBI#
Typically none. You have to make arraignments with the Court if your financial circumstances have changed, before due date(s).
No; however, there is a D&D on the lower level.
Go to the City County Building on French Street.
You can pay most fines online now. Epay on the courthouse website.
Directly to the courthouse, Attn: Judge LeGrow.
They have a parking lot.
To be honest, I usually get straight through to someone when I call. Maybe, you can go into the courthouse, then for sure you'll be able to talk the people at the front desk. Or push for a different extension, then someone will connect you to whom you want to speak to. Hopefully, that'll work for you.
