Like all plqces like this they dont answer and just shuffle you around. Im trying to change a court daye cause i have a doc apointment for non hodgkins lymphoma at helen graham center. But even something so important they wont care and blame iy all on me if i miss court.

They won't give you the writing transcript of an audio recording. But you can obtain the audio recording through your attorney.
It is better to turn yourself in rather than get caught. You will go before a judge the same day. If a bail amount is set, then you or someone can post the bail or get a bondsman. If it is for a fine, most likely you will just get a new payment agreement.
Call 302-255-0823 and ask ro speak to the clerk who handles Return of Property cases.
If she has a lawyer or public defender she needs to contact them and hopefully they can get it continued. If she doesn't then she needs to contact the court directly as soon as they open. Depending on the circumstances of her missing her court date and the charges she has they may still issue a capias.
