So far I am very unhappy with their services. I have a very severe autistic 21 year old brother in their care. Our family cannot even make contact or get a call back from anyone. We do not even know if they made it safely to.their destination. Requested background check information on the staff members that would be caring for him and we still havent gotten anything back from them on that. We were told that it would be 6 months before we could even see him or find out anything. Very upset with the communication bridge and WILL be making every call that I need to make in order to assure that he is being properly cared for. So far I am very un pleased. This severely autistic boy has never been away fro. Home or mom and dad

That’s exactly my problem with me being here I’m trying to ask the owner if I can take a LYFT car in a few days and no one has gotten back to me about that. Very very poor communication from them. I’ve been here for 2 and a half years now. Several staff members they have hired have been mean. It took 11 months for my dad to know where I was in 2019 until I finally called him. My mom passed away in 2019 and I told them I needed counseling I finally got it but not after almost 2 years after her passing.
I don't like this company whatsoever this company does a terrible job
