Yea, well as a tax paying homeowner the outdoor burn ticket is half the cost of the minimum $70 price. It's funny the county transfer stations no longer take home owner rotten wood, yet the same transfer dumpsters dump at the C&D.

$50 min period with up charge pricing for other items. My two items would have been $70. Insane.

Yes.
Funny. That is exactly where my husband is at this very moment. He went to take a trailer full of old lumber out there. I believe anyone can use it.
We have taken loads in our Pickup truck and in a trailer. Our vehicle was weighed as we went in and we were directed to a dumpster into which we threw all of our stuff. We had some bags but most of our stuff was big, bulky, or wood scraps . We were weighed again on the way out and charged accordingly.
40 bucks up to a ton ,everything over a ton you will pay extra .
Yes, I believe they do.
Yes
Cash or credit card
I believe is like $75 dollars per ton
Walton c& d is a construction and demolition landfill only. They do not accept household waste.
Cash and credit card.
They accept paint but charge for it. Know exactly what you have (# gallon cans, etc.). I didn't pay the fee and took mine back home so can't tell you how much it is. They charge due to it being a hazardous material they have to dispose of.
43 dollars
Yes
Walton c&d accepts all types of building materials including carpeting and padding. They are open today till 12.
I don't know if they take tires and or mattresses
This is the EPA definition of a C & D landfill: "A C&D landfill receives construction and demolition debris, which typically consists of roadwork material, excavated material, demolition waste, construction/renovation waste, and site clearance waste (40 CFR section 258.2). C&D landfills do not receive hazardous waste (40 CFR section 261.3) or industrial solid waste (40 CFR section 258.2), unless those landfills meet certain standards and are permitted to receive such wastes. Building materials containing lead and asbestos are also regulated by EPA. Other types of C&D materials can include the following: concrete wood (from buildings) asphalt (from roads and roofing shingles) gypsum (the main component of drywall) metals bricks glass plastics salvaged building components (doors, windows, and plumbing fixtures) trees, stumps, earth and rock from clearing sites." https://www.epa.gov/landfills/industrial-and-construction-and-demolition-cd-landfills
The charge is $20 per ton, and if you use a credit card, there is a $2 surcharge. We have never taken yard debris so I do not know. You'll need to check their website to see exactly what they will take and what they won't take.
