They started our roof at the end of 2021. Four months later, they finally finished it. We had a leak first rain right after installation around a furnace cap that was supposed to be replaced. They came out right away and caulked the cap. I would have preferred they replace it as it was in the contract and the cap was 30 years old. In a few years that caulk will probably fail and I'll have a leak again. Some drip edge was installed incorrectly and damaged so it needed to be replaced. Pieces of plastic from shingles flopping around in the wind. These things were finally replaced/fixed 4 months after the roof was installed. Siding around chimney was damaged, which they are not responsible for according to the contract. But since the damage was so severe, they did credit me $100. They also were trying to charge me several thousand dollars for work that was never performed. If I had not called them on it they would have charged me. I finally received a credit. The sales guy, David, along with one of his go to guy and actual workers for the repairs, are the only bright spots at this company. The office takes forever to follow through with what was discussed. Our contract was for around $16k but never did I receive an invoice for this amount. I only saw an invoice for $13k and I made partial payments as work progressed. At the end of all this, I pay what's remaining on these $13k invoice and assumed that was it. Now, suddenly, this $16k amount is what I owe, even though I NEVER saw an invoice for this amount or even the difference between the $16k and $13k. The office keeps telling me they emailed it to me but I never receive it. All I ever received are the invoices I paid. All invoices are through Quickbooks but I never received the balance due invoice. It's quite frustrating trying to get the office to understand that I can't pay an invoice if I don't HAVE an invoice. The office manager states that the roof was "completed" in December and that they have been "patient" with me and that when payment takes this long to collect they usually put a lien on the house. I'm sorry but I'm no deadbeat and I pay in full once the job is complete. I have paid the majority of the amount billed prior to everything being completed. Past experiences have shown me that if you pay before the job is complete, and there are issues, you'll never see the contractor again. I hate to be cynical but you live and learn. They also did another house in our neighborhood in March and still have not finished that one. The homeowner keeps calling the company but issue never gets resolved.

They provided every little detail of what is being done at every step of the process. As homeowner, I felt confident and comfortable on their ability to carry out such an important change/repair to my house. Team that came in for replacement were very professional. They maintained the surroundings safe and properly moved or covered the assets that could be damaged. They cleaned the area and restored everything before leaving premises.
