Went there for some bbq tri-tip, and even though I was extremely early, Santa Maria Tri-tip Company had cooked that morning for another group and they had a little tri-tip left over. They heated and put together 2 tri-tip sandwiches! Excellent service! And the best tho g, the sandwiches were great!
