Seems to always be super busy, but the staff seems to know what they are doing and they are very helpful! The Facility itself stays clean inside and the landscaping is well kept up with, too.

We lost our original mail carrier, was told she was transferred involuntarily to a new route. Instead of getting our mail like clockwork in the morning, 9:30am to be exact; we now get questionable delivery where they don't even pick up the outgoing mail and our magazine delivery is inconsistent. We get our mail anywhere from 6pm-7pm, on a good day, maybe right before 5pm. We were told that the mail carrier doing our route now is doing two routes so that is why the delivery is so late?? And that they are short staffed, how long does it take to have someone sort their mail for their route and deliver it according to protocol? I don't think in these times we should have to have poor, inconsistent mail delivery, right? I mean, it's not like they're delivering the mail by horseback, pretty sure that method of delivery would be faster.

If the package has postage on it or is prepaid ("No postage necessary") then yes, a mail carrier can pick it up for free.

They have a maintenance dept. Cal the office in the m orning they will explain. I have a friend who does this exact thing. I won't post his number publicly as it's not.polite
