Front desk lady, Barbara, was incredibly rude and misinformed about service dogs. She hung up on us four times. Was told there WAS NO management.

I don't recall the name of the woman who helped me at the front desk, but I didn't have that experience. Whatever they used to clean the beds though made me cough up a lung for about an hour or two though.

Said the same to me. Over charged us too. Was supposed to be 413.00 and we were charged 474.00. I called the next morning and another lady said that was the charge and even though we left a day earlier. They have no customer service skills.
