They are terrible with communication and very un-trust worthy. I left a smart watch in the room and they stole it. I know where it was in the room and called them back to let them know, and they won’t return my call.
Front desk lady, Barbara, was incredibly rude and misinformed about service dogs. She hung up on us four times. Was told there WAS NO management.
Alll the sudden I can’t get in touch with them. Did they shut down? And I can’t find a number online. The number I had saved says disconnected
