Good facility with good upper management but poor low level employees that hurt the brand and client experience.

For so young a facility the maintenance of key items like the jacuzzi, sauna and locker room are sorely lacking. Various weight and treadmill machines are only partially operational. Maintenance is really subpar.

Joined after moving in the neighborhood recently. Place is very clean, spacious mostly, has amenities such as sauna, pools, and basketball court . But goodness, the equipment needs to be replaced. Plates and machines with worn numbers you can’t see at all. Rusting as well. One person below mentioned only one cable cross machine here which is true and ridiculous. If they would update the equipment I would renew but doubt it. Seems like most onelife gyms have similar issues. They took over the old sport and health and kept the old equipment.

Normally I try to be supportive of all businesses, but this place is ridiculous with their promotions. Oftentimes they advertise $1 or $9 joining fee to lure people in, but what they don't mention is that the proposed joining fee is only applicable to their option B for $49.99 per month (option A being $79 down and $39.99 per month). Also, add in the fact that you have to sign a 1-year contract for both plans. Now do the math! With the promotion down payment of $9 and the monthly fee of $49.99, you will be paying a total of $608.88. And with the option of $79 down and the monthly fee of $39.99, you will be paying $558.88. So they are actually taking more money away from the people who wanted to save money! Of course businesses need to make profits, but doing so through flashy offers without actual benefit to the potential customer is truly unethical.
