I’ve been going to Lux for over a year now and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve lost 40 pounds thanks to the exercise and nutrition guidelines recommended, my blood pressure is way down, and I both feel and look great. It’s an efficient workout, only 30 minutes and burn 600-700 calories per session. The trainers and employees there are all great people, happy to help and answer my questions, and it’s a fun community for everyone who works out there.

We uphold strict sanitation protocols and testing requirements; however, we do not implement inoculation and/or mask mandates for employment at our business. Mask-wearing and vaccination status is at the discretion and privacy of our patrons.
