My little guy loves this place! What's great is that there is a dry playground next to the wet one. So the kiddos get wet and cold and then run over to the dry side where it's warm and play to get warmed back up. It's a back and forth playtime and they love it. Clean. People are usually really respectful of each other and when the snow cone place is open the kids are REALLY happy. ❤️

Yes on a leash
The concrete is textured so it isn't slippery. I put my toddler in water shoes since it's textured enough that I could see it hurting running on it after awhile.
