Very nice staff. Responsive to maintenance requests. Great landscaping. It is an older complex but it is beginning to undergo much needed renovation and updates. Grocery store (Kroger) is walkable. Good area (Blue Ash).

Restricted breeds include but are not limited to: Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, Staffordshire Terrier (Pit Bull), Dalmatian, St. Bernard, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Huskie, Russo-European Laika, Wolf-dog Hybrid, Great Dane, German Shepard, as well as any other breed that is deemed to be aggressive in nature.
