I like Grandview Apartment because it is a safe and clean area the maintenance staff is very attentive to what is requested or any problem that has to be solved in the apartments and the staff in the office are very friendly and help you in a very Courteous way and it is a central area for buses and nearby shops. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

I wanna say thank you to Grandview team! The office was excellent. They did a wonderful tour. Provided all the information I needed. Unfortunately, at the time of my tour they didn’t have anything available for my 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Request. Ana & June work together perfectly. They are so professional & kind. First time hearing of a tax credit & I wish it applied to me.
